We're swooning. Tanya Rad's boyfriend surprised her on-air ahead of her birthday weekend. Ryan Seacrest helped coordinate the surprise, which Tanya clearly had no idea about.
After a few misleading cues about someone who could "send her into orbit," Tanya's beau appeared with a bundle of balloons, sending Tanya into happy tears.
